When you join the waitlist, we collect your email address. If you choose to share it, we may also collect your name, business name, and business type.

We also store your referral code, referral activity, queue position data, score, check-in activity, and basic timestamps so the waitlist can work.

We use your information to create and maintain your waitlist place, show your dashboard, handle referrals, calculate queue position, and manage early access rewards.

We may use your email address to contact you about Reservee, your waitlist status, product updates, launch access, and support requests.

By joining the waitlist, you consent to receiving waitlist-related emails, product updates, and launch communication from Reservee.

Reservee uses Supabase to store waitlist data. Reservee uses secure session technologies to help protect access to your waitlist dashboard.

We use reasonable technical and organisational safeguards to protect the information we collect.

We do not sell your personal information.

We may share data with service providers that help us operate Reservee, such as hosting, database, analytics, email, or infrastructure providers. They should only use the data to provide services to us.

You can ask us to update or delete your waitlist data by emailing hello@reservee.co.uk.

If you clear your browser cookies, your waitlist dashboard session on that device may be removed. You can restore access through the verification or access email sent to your waitlist email address.

We keep waitlist information for as long as it is needed to operate the Reservee waitlist, early access programme, and related communication.

Reservee is not intended for children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

We may update this policy as Reservee develops. If we make significant changes, we will update the date at the top of this page.
